My Bio
Two of my great passions in life are travel and photography. I believe that travel broadens one's view of the world. Experiencing other cultures, meeting people from other communities and other countries and seeing the beauty, and sometimes ugliness, of the world has helped me understand that all of our lives are at once interconnected and individual. It has made me better appreciate my own home and culture as well as that of the people I've met and the lands I've seen and I have become a much more tolerant person as a result. Through my photography I seek to document my own personal experiences, to capture scenes and events as I see them and to share with others the beauty and diversity of the world I've seen. As the images of other photographers have inspired me to explore the world, I hope my own contributions will inspire others to do the same.
watching and awwww'ing

yesterday i was at the boyfriends house, and as i was sitting their looking at all his art supplies i randomly asked him to please draw me something. i love watching him create stuff off the top of his head. the passion that's in his eyes when he draws and thinks of what to draw next it amazes me. the love he has for his art and for his work is amazing. kinda reminds me of how i look at my son ((considering he is tech my art work lol)). it all just reminds me of how blessed i am to be dating such a talented & amazing boyfriend. have a blessed day everyone, keep it artsy.

painting pottery

yesterday i had a surprise for my boyfriend. i took him to paint your own pottery... he was having a rather "out of it" type of day... i thought that would get his mind off of things for a bit. boy was i RIGHT!!! :D he loved it. we sat in silence most of the time, but it was great, everytime i glanced up to look at him he was either smiling or very concentrated on his painting. which made me smile inside. i can't wait to go back with him and paint some more, i have a feeling this will become "our thing" as a couple to do together. :z
